1. Warranty Activation

1.1 No physical warranty card is issued by PARCO India Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”).
1.2 Warranty is valid only if the buyer registers the product online at www.parcoindia.com/warranty within 15 days of purchase.
1.3 At the time of registration, the buyer must upload a copy of the original purchase invoice.
1.4 Warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the first purchaser of the product.

2. Warranty Coverage

2.1 Product Warranty: One (1) year from the date of purchase – covers manufacturing defects.
2.2 Compressor Warranty: Two (2) years from the date of purchase – covers manufacturing defects in the compressor only.

3. Service Policy

3.1 The Company will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace defective parts during the warranty period.
3.2 Any replaced parts will become the property of the Company.
3.3 Repairs or replacements do not extend or renew the warranty period.

4. Service Visit Charges

4.1 On-site inspection visit: ₹950 per visit (payable in advance).
4.2 If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the visit charge will be reversed/refunded.
4.3 For service outside municipal limits of an authorized PARCO service centre, additional travel, boarding, and incidental costs will apply.

5. Exclusions

5.1 Physical damage to any part (dents, cracks, scratches, broken parts) or any functional defect caused by such damage.
5.2 Cabinets, plastic parts, accessories, or cosmetic/aesthetic items.
5.3 Damage caused by voltage beyond 12V/24V ±10%.
5.4 Damage due to dust, water, fire, rodents, insects, misuse, mishandling, negligence, or commercial use.
5.5 Damage caused by natural disasters (lightning, flood, earthquake, etc.).
5.6 Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or use of non-PARCO accessories.
5.7 Products with removed, altered, or unreadable serial numbers.
5.8 Damage incurred during transit due to improper packing by the customer.

6. Post-Warranty Compressor Coverage

6.1 After the first year, only the compressor part will be provided free of cost if defective.
6.2 Labour, refrigerant, transportation, and incidental expenses will be chargeable.

7. Customer Responsibilities

7.1 Maintain correct power supply (12V/24V ±10%).
7.2 Ensure proper electrical installation as per Company’s recommendations.
7.3 Backup any stored items before service – the Company is not responsible for loss/damage to contents.

8. Limitations of Liability

8.1 Company’s maximum liability is limited to the purchase price or Maximum Retail Price (MRP) of the product, whichever is lower.
8.2 The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, goodwill, or data).
8.3 No guaranteed repair completion time is provided.

9. Force Majeure

9.1 The Company is not liable for delays or failure in service caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to shortage of parts, labour strikes, government restrictions, war, or natural disasters.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in New Delhi, in accordance with the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.
10.2 The decision of the sole arbitrator, appointed by the Company, will be final and binding.
