Product reliability is key to automotive refrigerators. Our units are built to automotive OEM design standards and tested in accordance with OEM engineering test protocols to ensure durability, performance, and long-term reliability.

1.1 By placing an order through our website or authorized online platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale.
1.2 Please read these terms carefully before making a purchase.
2. Products and Availability
2.1 All products are subject to availability.
2.2 We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.
2.3 Product images are for illustrative purposes only; actual products may vary slightly in appearance.
3. Pricing
3.1 All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
3.3 We are not responsible for pricing errors caused by technical or typographical mistakes.
4. Orders
4.1 When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS.
4.2 We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order due to suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or pricing errors.
5. Payment
5.1 We accept the following payment methods: Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, and other methods displayed at checkout.
5.2 Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.
6. Shipping & Delivery
6.1 Orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days.
6.2 Delivery times vary by location and will be estimated during checkout.
6.3 We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, transport strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
7. Cancellations & Modifications
7.1 Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the item has not already shipped.
7.2 Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
8. Returns & Refunds
8.1 Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to our return policy.
8.2 Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
8.3 Refunds will be issued after inspection within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
9. Warranty
9.1 All products come with a standard warranty as per our Warranty Policy.
9.2 Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
9.3 Physical damage, misuse, or accidental damage is not covered.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
11. Governing Law
11.1 These Terms of Sale shall be governed by the laws of India.
11.2 Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of New Delhi, India.
